- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
- Completion of training in Google, AWS, and Azure.
- 5+ years of total IT experience.
- 3+ years of specific experience in cybersecurity.
- At least 2 active certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP).
- At least 1 active Qualified Security Assessor certification (HITRUST or PCIDSS QSA preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to interface with executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, delivering consistent, on-time results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and colleague relationship development and maintenance.
- Working technical knowledge of software development, cloud computing, and network architecture.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with office equipment and computer programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with a PSA tool (e.g., Asana, Oracle NetSuite, Mavenlink, or Sage) preferred.
- Experience with Google Office Suite.
