Senior Manager of Technical Services

Job Description

The Senior Manager of Technical Services holds the responsibility of overseeing the activities and duties of both the Project Management and Technical Delivery teams. With a focus on ensuring exceptional service delivery, this role is dedicated to meeting and surpassing client deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of technical project management experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing a technical team of 5 or more members.
  • Minimum of 3 years working for an IT Security Consulting Firm or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
  • Minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience using project management tools like Mavenlink, Asana, or equivalent systems.
  • Significant experience in cybersecurity service and solution delivery or project management of such services.
  • PMP certification with a minimum of one Cybersecurity Industry certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
